Take 163 South all the way into downtown, the freeway will end and you will be on 10th Avenue. Go to the second light and turn Right onto "B" Street and advance two blocks to 8th Avenue and park in nearby parking lot. Merrill Lynch building is on left-hand side of street between 8th and 7th Avenues. (Look for the tall black building!)

Take 805 South to 163 South all the way into downtown, the freeway will end and you will be on 10th Avenue.
